1. Admission:

(a) Is open to all boys and girls irrespective of caste or creed.

(b) A student must have completed 4 year 6 months on 1st April for admission to HKG.

A corresponding age scale is fixed for the succeeding classes.

2. A boy or girl who joins fresh from home or from a private school has to produce offical Birth Certificate such as the Municipal or Baptism certificate in support of the date of birth entered in the admission form.

3. A boy/ girl who has attended any recognised school will not be admitted without a school Leaving certificate from the same.

4. A calendar month’s notice is to be given before the withdrawal of a student or the fee for one month will be charged. Such notice should be given in writing by the person responsible for the pupil and not by the pupil himself.

5. No school leaving certificate is given until all sums due to the school have been paid in full.

6. A pupil failing to be promoted may have to discontinue his studies in the school. A pupil failing twice in the same class must discontinue his studies in the school.
